Sealed Bids for the construction of the Wesleyan Drive and Cypress Drive Drainage Improvements will be received by the City of Laurinburg, Attn: Harold W. Haywood, 303 West Church Street (Room 242), Laurinburg, NC, 28352, until 2:00 PM local time on Monday, April 5^th, 2021, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Please see the attached bid notice for additional information on the scope of this project, how to obtain project specifications, and how to submit a bid for this project.

Because of restrictions for group gatherings in response to COVID-19, the City of Laurinburg offices will be closed to the public at the scheduled bid opening time.  Bids shall be mailed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Project Manual or dropped off at the City Hall drive up window located at 303 W. Church Street. The Bid Opening will be livestreamed on the City’s Facebook page, City of Laurinburg Government, with a link to this page on its website, www.laurinburg.org. Look for the link at the top of the website page that says “Public Bid Opening (Live Stream)”.
