Description: Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the Raton Public Service Company (RPS), operating out of Raton, New Mexico, for the purchase of 19 pad-mount and 31 pole-mount transformers to replenish inventory stock of utility transformers. See “specifications” section in bid invitation for more details.

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk located at the Raton Municipal Building, 224 Savage Avenue, P.O. Box 910, Raton New Mexico 87740 until 2:00pm MDT on Tuesday November 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time in the City Commission Chambers. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. RPS reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of RPS.
