Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed proposals from contractors at its offices located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260, on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) for the following project: JDE 9.2 Upgrade. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference Call will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). Vendors interested in participating in the conference call meeting should email our Procurement Department at ccwa_procurement@ccwa.us no later than noon on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. The email needs to include the participant’s phone number, and CCWA will provide call in instructions. In an effort to promote responsible environmental practices the proposal package is available in electronic (Adobe PDF) format and can be requested by calling 770-960-5223, M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or by e-mail to CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us. Proposers will need to provide contact information and an email address and any file size transfer limits to insure email transmittals can be made. A hardcopy proposal package can also be requested at a cost of $25.
