Description: It is the intent of Okaloosa County, on behalf of its Water & Sewer Department (OCWS), to contract with a professional engineering firm for professional subsurface utility engineering and technical services that are applicable to the Okaloosa County Water and Wastewater System Sunshine State One-Call of Florida Subsurface Utility Engineering Services Projects (PROJECTS). The services including but not limited to: physically locating underground infrastructure, verifying the location, ticket management, database storage, database management, database updates, mapping and line location services for responding to Sunshine State One-Call of Florida service location tickets for components of the COUNTY’s water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
