The intent of this bid is to establish a service contract with a qualified, licensed vendor to provide lube, oil, and filter changes for the City of Sebring. The scope of services required by the City in connection with this solicitation covers the entire spectrum of services customarily provided to governmental entities by vehicle service contractors. While all departments are eligible to use this contract, some departments may elect to service their own vehicles in house.
