This will raise the cost contract substantially and if the contract is extended for a long period of time will add additional cost. 6. If AIA invoicing is submitted on the 20th of each month for progress payments what terms are to be expected to be paid? Potential Mechanical Issues that could arise.... Leaks in systems should be expected as the systems will be disturbed. Who will be responsible for the breakage and repairs? Oversized pipe saddles that cannot be dropped properly and need repairs. Who will be responsible for fixing? It is recommended that new valve extensions be installed to complete the vapor barrier. Who will be replacing those to ensure a good vapor barrier.
