Description: Hamilton County Schools (HCS) (Owner) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the new construction of the North River Elementary School located at 4134 Hixson Pike Hixson, TN 37415. The project will include site development, utilities, parking, and associated infrastructure. The CMAR will work collaboratively with the Owner and Design Team to deliver the project on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory pre-bid will be held November 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the following location: 3055 Claude Ramsey Parkway Chattanooga, TN 37421. (HCS IT Building) Failure to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid will deem Vendor Non-Responsive and therefore ineligible for award.
