Project Overview-Roof Replacement
We are seeking qualified contractors to provide a quotation for the complete replacement of the roof on our maintenance facility located at:
Project Address: 1231 Highway 30 E, next door to Fire Dept. Etowah, TN 37331
The scope includes removal of the existing roofing material and installation of a new roof using either:
• Option A: 30-Year Architectural Shingles
• Option B: Metal Roofing (e.g., standing seam or corrugated)
SCOPE OF WORK
• Site preparation and protection of surrounding property
• Removal and disposal of existing roofing materials
• Inspection and repair of roof decking (if needed)
• Installation of underlayment and appropriate flashing
• Installation of selected roofing material (shingles or metal)
• Ridge vent and ventilation upgrades (if applicable)
• Cleanup and final inspection

Option A: Architectural Shingles
• Minimum 30-year warranty
• Preferred Manufacturer: Contractor recommendation
• Color: To be selected
Option B: Metal Roofing
• Minimum 26-gauge steel
