All packets must be received by October 14, 2021 on or before 2:00 PM, at the County of Sierra Administration Building located at 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, NM, 87901. All offerors received after said time will be rejected and returned UNOPENED. The County reserves the right to cancel the ITB at any time. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE COMPANY NAME, ITB NUMBER AND DUE DATE, CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE BOTTOM LEFT-HAND SIDE OF THE FRONT ENVELOPE.  All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Sierra County Procurement Officer, Ms. Holguin 575-894-6215, or jholguin@sierraco.org.
