Description:








An existing commercial structure in Fairview Park used for general public gatherings will be partially renovated on the interior to improve two existing restrooms and lobby area making them fully ADA accessible. This building is located at 821 Iron Bridge Road in

Columbia, Tennessee. The Contractor shall partially demolish existing restrooms as described per the drawings prepared by Nuber Architecture, LLC. Additional scope of work items are as follows:



1. Demolish existing restroom CMU non load-bearing partitions, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and gypsum ceilings.

2. Demolish existing janitor’s closet surrounded by non load-bearing CMU partitions.

3. Saw cut existing concrete floor to prepare for new sewer line installation. Replace concrete.

4. Construct new metal stud partitions, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, ceilings, lighting, exterior wall exhaust fans, and




required electrical work.



5. Remove metal exterior entrance and secondary entrance doors and replace with new doors meeting ADA requirements.

6. Provide tankless water heater and associated plumbing.

7. Provide new floor, tile on wet walls, paint on applicable existing CMU walls for lobby, new janitor’s closet and men and




women’s restroom areas.
