Question 1

Posted: 2/8/2024

Question: Would you accept a replacements due to EOL?

Response: We have addressed in Addendum #1

Question 2

Posted: 2/13/2024

Question: 1. The RFP requests 3750 HP G9 units. Have you considered the new HP Fortis line? The new HP Chromebook has enhanced durability and updated features compared to the G9 EE. 2. Would you be open to an entire HP solution for uniformity and leaving off Lenovo? 3. Regarding the Vivacity Cabinet preferences, we typically would recommend Anywhere Cart due to its durable wheel design, unlike Vivacity's screw-in wheels. Are you open to alternatives? 4. The mix of different manufacturers for laptops, monitors, and docks might complicate support and warranty claims. Would you consider a unified solution from HP, which could simplify management and offer better package deals? 5. For Windows devices, would VPN access for imaging or hosting one of your servers at our facility be feasible? This is a common practice for us and streamlines the deployment process. We would want all services done in-house at our facility to save time and cost.

Response: We have addressed in Addendum #1
