Question: 1-Can you provide a map of each site to show the areas requiring service? The information is very vague on where services are needed. 2- fertilizer requirements are nonexistent and do not meet requirements for our grasses here. Why would you use a 1% nitrogen in June for centipede or Bermudagrass? This has to be a typo. There should be around 3 applications at most all 16-30% nitrogen per application. If you have a different plan please provide require products to match your ratios.
Response: Addendum has been added with tax maps provided by Economic Department. Also, Vendors are strongly urged to visit locations; this will be considered as part of the criteria as stated on page 3 paragraph 2.

Response: Begin at page 4 of Solicitation.

Question: Pertaining to the recent questions and answer regarding the location of properties. There is no specific address listed in RFP for the industrial parks. Furthermore, there is not an outline provided of the areas to be serviced. The RFP needs to be more specific and detailed on the areas to be mowed and maintained rather than just attaching a tax map with 100 acres listed...
Response: A document with the location addresses that I have been provided by our GIS Dept. has been uploaded and sent to all vendors (including your company) for viewing.

Question: The properties listed as owner being Florence county are the only properties you want bids to maintain in each park. is this the correct assumption? There are several locations listed along with Florence county properties. These are not to be included, correct?
Response: Everything that you see mapped out and when you visit the sites listed in the proposal are what you will be expected to provide a proposal on. Please visit the sites to get a better perspective on what you will be submitting a proposal on.
