Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday; January 30, 2018, in the County Engineering Training Room, 505 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, Florida 33870. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the Bidders can familiarize themselves with the Specifications of the Project. The County will only accept Bids from Bidders that are represented during the entire pre-Bid meeting.
