o This is a prime vendor bid for 7,560 cases of copy paper.
o Vendor will be responsible for storage and delivery of cartons until all 7,560 cartons have been consumed. The District does not warehouse copy paper.
o Cartons will be delivered to different approximately 40 different locations on an as needed basis with a two-case minimum quantity required for delivery.
o Orders received by noon will be delivered the next day. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. No Friday deliveries during the months of June & July.
