Description:
The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to install water and sewer main lines and surface rehabilitation. The general scope of services includes the following:
1. Sewer
main extension
2. Water
main extension
3. Water
and sewer services
4. Surface
rehabilitation
The schedule shall take into consideration that the connections to the residences must be made after the permit to operate is issued by SC DHEC, and in coordination with Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority regarding inspections.
The
connections work may be subject to the Clean Water Act, Section 319 grant as
well, including Davis Bacon Wages.
