Proof of certification must be submitted with quote. Quotes without certification document will be disqualified.
The vendor submitting the bid must provide the District with certification verifying that all purchased equipment will be either responsibly recycled (e.g., R2, ISO 14001, e-Stewards) or prepared for resale after erasing all data using an international data wiping standard (e.g., U.S. Department of Defense 5220.28-STD, Pfitzner Algorithm, Germany VSITR, Gutmann MFM). The vendor submitting the bid must be certified. Bids will not be accepted from non-certified vendors who partner with another company for this service.

Type of Addition: Q&A

Overview: Q: Are the units marked as "working" free of any organization-linked locks and broken screens?

A: Yes, These are working devices that were removed from students in May. All devices marked working are released from our control and verified to not have broken screens. It could be possible that some headphones jacks don't work. We did not check all the iPads for that.
