Portage Public Schools is requesting TWO quotes for the attached football supplies being requested by our TWO high schools.




Please respond no later than 10:00 am May 6, 2021 and include a signed IRAN form.  Thank you.






No late bids will be accepted. The District reserves the right to consider bids that have been determined by the District to be received late due to mishandling by the District after receipt of the proposal and no award has been made. Portage Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities. If in the District’s opinion it is in their best interest, awards may be made to other than the lowest bidder, for reasons of establishing  uniformity, quality, delivery time, etc.





Clarification of Bid Submission Method:

 

Due to COVID19 we will make an exception and allow digital bid submissions by way of emailing to ahoward@portageps.org. Bid submissions are still required to be notarized, and submitted on our documentation/templates, and must be received prior to the deadline. Paper documentation is still acceptable as well.
