Description: Sealed bids, subject to the specification and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received by the Finance Department at City Hall until, but no later than 10:00AM CST on September 28, 2017. Any questions must be directed to Project Manager Kevin Raney (931-728-4652 Ext 2005). No bid can be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for sixty (60) days. To be considered, your bid must be submitted with complete pricing including installation and freight. The submittal must be signed by an authorized representative of vendor. Bid form attached must be itemized as defined. Bid shall be enclosed in sealed envelope addressed to the City of Manchester. Bids received after deadline will be rejected. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals-non conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The City further reserves the right to reject the bid of bidder whom it finds after reasonable inquiry to not be responsible. The City may also reject any bid if the City believes it would not be in the best interest of the project.
