Description: The Bee County Law Enforcement Center (BCLEC) is seeking proposals for Jail Food Services. The BCLEC is a 143 bed facility with population averaging under 100 inmates. Vendor will provide four (4) weeks of rotating menus and the necessary food to prepare three (3) meals daily. Meals shall be based on a 3200 Calorie per day intake, with no dietary restrictions. Additionally, provide adaptive menus for inmates with special dietary needs.
