Response: While KCDC is willing to negotiate a specific start date, the anticipated start date is July 1, 2024.

Question: The scope mentions preferred toilet paper brands. Is there a particular brand of cleaner for the floor care? Will any neutral cleaner be fine to use?
Response: Any neutral cleaner that adequately does the needed task is satisfactory to KCDC. Our goal is effective task completion, cost containment and limited environmental impact.

Question: The Scope mentions how to submit invoices however, it does not mention when the invoices will be paid such as 30days, 60days etc?
Response: KCDC normally pays net 30 provided the invoice is accurate and properly submitted.
