Description:

WORK DESCRIPTION

 The work will include furnishing labor, materials, equipment, tools, surveying, engineering, permitting and construction of sanitary sewer force main and gravity mains, two lift stations, two wastewater horizontal directional drills, new natural gas lines, two natural gas horizontal directional drills, and restoration of existing roadways, driveways, sidewalks and landscaping.

These improvements will be constructed by the City of Lake City to provide wastewater improvements near the 1-75 and SR 47 Interchange and to remove existing septic tanks from service in this area.

 All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 5/11/2021 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid (non-mandatory) conference will be held Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall. The meeting will also be available on Zoom. Owner/Engineer strongly recommends Bidders to participate in the pre-bid conference.
