the bid specification.
Please Do NOT Provide pricing for the Centralized District Office. There
will only be spot cleaning done. Winning Contractor will be asked to spot clean
when needed at an additional cost to the District. If BID is submitted with
pricing for the Centralized District Office; that portion will be subtracted
from the Total Cost.
