Calhoun County is seeking
bids for asphalt emulsions for use by the Calhoun County Road Department (CCRD)
in Marshall, MI for seal coating and spray patching. CCRD used approximately
381,000 gallons in 2020 and estimates their 2021 usage at 325,000 gallons. The length of the proposed contract will be
for a one-year term, commencing on the date of award, with the option to renew
for one year upon mutual agreement by both parties. Bid prices shall remain
firm for the course of this contract. The most responsive bid shall include the specifications and requirements as stated in RFB#108-21.
