Description: It is the intent of the Horry County Schools (HCS) Office of Procurement on behalf of the Horry County Schools (HCS) Athletic department to solicit offers from qualified vendors to provide user friendly, reliable, and real-time weather apps for use by the HCS Athletic Administrators and Athletic Trainers as they make weather-based decisions on the well-being of our student-athletes, coaches, and fan base.
