Description:
The
Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from qualified
firms or individuals for a project consisting of the widening and paving of
approximately 900 feet of Calhoun Mine Road located in Lumpkin County
Georgia. The contractor will be
responsible for all labor and materials required to complete the project as per
plans and specifications. Lumpkin County
Public Works will act as the owner’s representative on this project and will
conduct all inspections as required by state and local regulations.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM on September 12, 2019. The meeting location will be the Lumpkin County Administration Building First Floor Conference Room, 99 Courthouse Hill, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533.
