Question: According to Part 2.2 Paragraph B on Page 110 of revised specifications, water tube design on the heaters will be allowed with prior approval as well as in paragraph J on page 111 that water heaters utilizing expansion tanks will also be accepted with prior approval. How long does the review/approval process take to determine what options are acceptable? If heaters utilizing storage tanks is acceptable, what size heaters/tanks need to be specified and do the other specifications (ie; 316L stainless steel heat exchangers) included in the Construction documents also need to apply? Also need to know required temperature rise required to meet minimum recovery 1,430 gph for Housing Building; 1633 gph for Administration Building?

Question: Curious if the following combinations of heaters/tanks will be considered for approval for this project and if so when will that decision be made public? Qty 2 Raypak Model # WH7-700A Water Heaters with Qty 1 NST Model # JS-32-200 storage tank Qty 2 Lochnivar Model # AW-601 Water Heaters with Qty 1 Lochinvar Model # RGA0257 storage tank

Question: If changes to the original equipment specifications are allowed, will the Design Engineer (RMF Engineering?) be providing revised drawings showing the modified equipment layout including piping, valves and flue modifications? If so by what date/time?
