The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified offerors for the provision of Early Intervention (EI) services for the County’s Parent Infant Education (PIE) program, serving children ages 0 to 3 years of age who reside in the County of Arlington and meet Virginia’s definition of eligibility for Part C services (a delay of 25% or more in one or more areas of development, atypical development, and/or a diagnosed physical or mental condition with a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay).
