Description: Invitation to Bid – Health Department painting and flooring Hamblen County Government is seeking sealed bids for painting and flooring at the Hamblen County Health Department located at 331 West Main Street, Morristown, TN 37814. Bid specifications are available for download at www.hamblencountytn.gov under the Proposals and Bids tab. Hard copies of the bid specifications are available at the Hamblen County Mayor’s Office, 511 West Second North Street, Morristown, TN 37814 during normal business hours. A mandatory PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH and conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at the Hamblen County Health Department. Sealed bids must be submitted clearly labeled as stated in the specifications and delivered to the Hamblen County Mayor’s Office at 511 West Second North Street address no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at which time they will be opened in the West Wing Conference Room at this same address. Questions should be directed to the Hamblen County Mayor’s Office at (423) 586-1931. Hamblen County Government reserves the right of accepting and/or rejecting any and/or all proposals when doing so serves the best interest of Hamblen County Government.
