Type of Addition: Question and Answer

Overview: A contractor made a site visit but was not able to identify all the brackets shown on the as-built drawings because there is stucco/EFIS covering some of them up. The question was "Do you want us to quote all shown on drawings or the just the ones we have access to?"


The quote it to replace all gusset/truss plates on the building, including those not visable due to being hidden under stucco/EFIS. The stucco/EFIs would need to be repaired under the same quote.
