The Oconee County Board of Commissioners seeks proposals to establish contracts for the renovations of the Quad Building at the Bogart Sports Complex. The renovation work consists of multiple jobs including the demolition and replacement of a staircase, exterior repairs and painting, minor bathroom stall work and prep and urethane floor coating. Interested contractors shall hold a general contractor's license and provide adequate insurance throughout entire project.
