Description:

The City of Sebring is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide labor, materials, supplies, services, etc. to replace a 2,275 square feet storage building that was destroyed by fire at the City of Sebring Public Works facility located at 1421 Hawthorne Drive, Sebring, FL  33870.  The work includes designing, capping the existing concrete slab, and erecting the steel building. The successful contractor must develop a plan/design for the project that is stamped by an engineer registered with the State of Florida. The City is seeking a lump sum price that includes construction, plans, design, permits, etc. for a turn-key project.
