Question: There are two seemingly similar solicitation listings on the County's website - one for RFP 18-04-04-2025 - Chiller and Boiler Project Design, and one for RFP 16-03-21-2025 - Government Building Chiller and Boiler Replacement. Looking for clarification on whether these are the same or different projects. Also, RFP 18-04-04-2025 appears to be asking for design services bids, whereas A/E firm selections should be qualifications based only (with negotiated pricing following qualifications-based selection. Thanks.
Response: The county will need a project design to replace the current chiller and boiler due to the age of the current system, so these are two different RFP's.
