Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking proposals from interested
and qualified firms with past, proven, positive experiences using XPSWMM
software to guide watershed planning efforts for stormwater quality and
quantity control. The Town anticipates the final model will inform the May
River Watershed Action Plan (Action Plan) Update, Capital Improvement Program
(CIP) water quality projects, policies, and programs to restore and protect
shellfish harvesting throughout the length of the May River, Bluffton, SC.
