THE CITY OF ETOWAH IS REQUESTING BIDS ON BEHALF OF A DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT GRANT RECIPIENT FOR AN EXTERIOR FAÇADE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT

1. Provide All Materials and Labor to Demo, Install Bracing and Reframing Storefront Inset, Remove and Replace Lower Store Front Doors and Windows, Paint, Lighting, and Stucco Repair on upper ½ of building, install historically appropriate board and batten with cornice on lower storefront and paint exterior façade of building located at 804 Tennessee Avenue, Etowah, TN 37331.
