1. Revised Bid Set dated 11-8-2021 shall be utilized. The revision resolves the discrepancy of the bottomless culvert size between the plan sheet and the profile. The correct size is 5’x8’.
2. Bidders shall utilize the Revised Bid Form Dated 11/8/2021.
