Description: The Carlsbad Municipal Schools is accepting proposals for photography services to provide student portraits and high school graduation portraits. This proposal may be renewed for up to three (3) additional school years, which begin on July 1, 20xx and end on June 30, 20xx. RFP renewals for each school year must be mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to July 1, 20xx of each subsequent year. Annual renewals are contingent on approval of the Board of Education.

Question: Question 1: Page 17-PRICING: Package A&B have a request for medium wallets. The industry standard for wallets is 2x3 (these are already included in the package contents request), what size photo are you requesting as a MEDIUM WALLET? Question 2: Page 17-PREPAID PLAN-C: Is the payment that is being discussed in reference to commission checks? Is the itemized statement only for Retakes & Make up photos? Question 3: Page 18-GRAD PORTRAITS-D-#2: Will the school/district provide us with mailing addresses? Can the proofs be sent through email or text instead of Postal? Question 4: Page 18-GRAD PORTRAITS-D-#3: Is digital ordering acceptable or are physical order forms required for graduation? Question 5: Page 18-GRAD PORTRAITS-D-#4: Do orders need to be sent to the school or is delivery directly to homes ok? Question 6: Page 18-Note: Should we include Spring/Senior Samples with this bid or will that be something that would be discussed with each school after the bid has been awarded?
