The
County of Grant is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the selection of
a professional company to provide a Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) for
the Grant County Regional Dispatch Authority.
The
scope of this procurement also includes software and support services required
for the installation and operation of the system, to include, but is not
limited to software or additional software programs, data files, enhancements,
modification(s), systems or control software, and utilities as well as software
training, maintenance, support, documentation and any other professional services.

documents may be retrieved/viewed by accessing the “Purchasing” page of www.grantcountynm.gov, by calling (575)
574-0016, emailing rhernandez@grantcountynm.gov. The deadline to
submit proposals is Friday, October 16, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. (local time.) The
County of Grant reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, cancel the
RFP in its entirety or to waive irregularities at its option when it is in the
best interest of the County.
