Question 1

Posted: 2/22/2022

Question: In Part 1 (Specific Services), there is a reference to claims data being provided once the District has received an executed NDA. Will 2019-20 data also be provided? In that same section there is reference to current rates being provided. Are those provided upon receipt of the NDA? I'm a little confused about the timing of the "preliminary recommendations". Does the District expect each consultant to review the plan's data and provide an analysis and recommendation as to whether the District should remain with the Trust, move to fully-insured arrangement or a self-insured arrangement? Or, will that analysis and recommendation be provided after a consultant has been selected? Does the District expect to receive a sample Agreement along with the proposal or after their firm has been selected? What (and when) does the District expect to receive the proposed bond? Does the District have a specific form it would like to share for E-Verify purposes? We may have questions about the claims, experience, census data that the District will release upon receipt of the NDA. Will the question deadline be extended for these types of questions?

Response: Please see the additions/addendums for the answers to your questions.
