 Dear Prospective Asphalt Vendors,

 

The Board of Education of USD 250 Pittsburg Community Schools will receive bids for a parking lot repair project located at Meadowlark Elementary School, 1602 E 20th St, Pittsburg, Kansas 66762.  Sealed bids will be received prior to Wednesday, May 5, 2021, 2:00 PM CST, on the bid documents provided.

 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the front entrance of the site for Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 1:00 pm CST.  Tom Stegman, Chief Operations Officer will be available for measurements, evaluation or clarification of specifications.  He can be reached at tstegman@usd250.org or calling (620) 235-3100.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Meet at front entrance of Meadowlark Elementary located at 1602 E 20th Street, Pittsburg Kansas. Meeting will move indoors to a designated area for presentation of details and then move outside for detailed measurements and specification of project details.
