Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by City of Raton for the Hospital Drive Road Improvements Project. The work shall generally consist of: Roadway grading improvements at the intersection of Hospital Drive and Card Avenue, as well as milling and overlaying of Hospital Drive from the entrance to the Miner’s Colfax Medical Center to York Canyon Road (approximately 1,330 feet).

Sealed bids shall be received at the office of the City Manager as follows until July 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
