Description: The RIO RANCHO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT (RRPS) is requesting bids for bleacher inspections.

Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS) is requesting competitive sealed bids with the intent of entering into a contract(s) with bleacher inspections and maintenance contractor(s) for the purpose of providing various services as referenced in the pricing/scope of work. All potential Bidders are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation to Bid (ITB), especial¬ly the mandatory requirements.
The Bidder is required to provide, as part of their bid, the qualifications and other documents requested in this ITB.
The award(s) of a contract shall take into consideration the bidder’s responsiveness to the procurement and pricing. Award(s) shall be made in accordance with the terms conditions, and requirements stated herein.
