Description: This project generally consists of construction of emergency generator systems and pavement repairs and rehabilitation. Bid Schedule A includes an emergency generator system for the airfield lighting vault. Bid Schedule B includes an emergency generator system for the airport terminal area equipment systems. Bid Schedule C includes pavement repairs, milling and overlay, and some limited pavement widening work. Bid Schedule D involves crack sealing, seal coat, and pavement marking and is being performed under a State Aeronautics contract by a separate contractor. Electrical contractors can bid on only Bid Schedules A and B, and paving/site contractors can bid on only Bid Schedule C if they desire. Bidders are not required to submit bids on all bid schedules but shall submit bids for all schedules that apply to their field of expertise.
