Install a new digital thermostat control. Mechanical Contractor to provide CRA with a Manual J to support unit size installed. This unit is currently a heater only system and may be able to be retro-fitted with a cooling system.

Response: Dont have the specs ...we will have Pre bid onsite visit will be March 17 10:00 am so you can look at the unit then
