Description:

Contractors are invited to bid on the "Hanahan Downtown Streetscape Project."  The project is located on Yeamans Hall Road from Remount Road to Sledge Street, in the City of Hanahan, Berkeley County, South Carolina and is owned by South Carolina Department of Transportation and being developed by the City of Hanahan.
Work will include but will not necessarily be limited to:
*Construction of 0.4 miles of streetscape improvements.
*Improvements shall include, but will not necessarily be limited to, sidewalks, low seat wall, landscape, site lighting, drainage improvements, utility improvements, curb and gutter and paving improvements associated with the new construction.  PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR FURTHER INFORMATION/ INSTRUCTIONS ON REQUESTING OF BID DOCUMENTS FOR THIS PROJECT.
