Question: The RFQ states that one electronic copy (with original signature) should be submitted online but also refers to a “sealed RFQ package” and the qualification being “bound in a single volume.” Is a mailed copy necessary as well as an online submission of a scanned original?
Response: The response should be one electronic file if possible. Bids will not be submitted in any manner other than through Vendor Registry

Question: Do non-local firms need to submit the “LOCAL VENDOR PREFERENCE – PARTICIPATION AFFIDAVIT” form? Do forms count toward 15 page count?
Response: A non-local vendor will still need to submit the form but have it marked N/A

Question: The page count is stated as “15 printed pages,” is that front and back of 15 pages, therefore 30 digital pages or 15 digital pages?
Response: 15 front and back is fine. There is no penalty for too many pages. We just want it kept to the point

Question: Is the project fully funded through construction and do you have a date you want to be residence?
Response: We are working on the funding for FY22. It is not completely funded but should be in FY22.
