Description: Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS) is requesting competitive sealed bids with the intent of entering into a contract(s) with paving contractor(s) for the purpose of providing various paving services as referenced in the pricing/scope of work. All potential Bidders are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation to Bid (ITB), especial¬ly the mandatory requirements.
The Bidder is required to provide, as part of their bid, the qualifications and other documents requested in this ITB.
The award(s) of a contract shall take into consideration the bidder’s responsiveness to the procurement and pricing. Award(s) shall be made in accordance with the terms conditions, and requirements stated herein.

Question: I did not see in documents that mix designs would be required to be submitted with bid as they have in the past. Is this a requirement for this solicitation?

Question: Regarding an earlier question I asked I subsequently did see the requirements for materials submittal information to be submitted with our bid.

Question: Do we need to submit a subcontractor list with our bid or will this only be required on a workorder to workorder basis? If we do need to submit a subcontractor list would you provide the blank form?

Question: You reference City of Rio Rancho specifications for materials. Regarding the asphalt concrete the bid form and contract documents call for type B and C mixes. Rio Rancho uses SP-III and SP-IV. please clarify.

Question: The bid schedule calls for types B and C asphalt for paving. This may be an old requirement for APS. Rio Rancho (which the specifications are written for) uses Superpave asphalt mixes. These are designated are SP-III and SP-IV. Please clarify which asphalt mix designs we are to use in bidding.

Question: On page 3 of the specifications under V Bidder Qualifications ATTACHMENTS: there are three items we are looking for clarification on. Attachment E: Letter from Insurance Carrier. What exactly is this? Is it in addition to the requested certificate of Insurance? If so, what is the letter to state? Attachment F: Affadavit of Non-violation of Labor Codes. Is there a form for this? Please provide. Attachment G: Judgements, Breach of Contract, Protests. What are the criteria for this? Is there a form for this? Please provide.
