ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Crestview Downtown Streetscape Renovation will be received by the City of Crestview at the office of the City Clerk located at City Hall, 198 N Wilson St, Crestview, Florida 32536 until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 22, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. The Project consists of roadway, sidewalk, and streetscape improvements along 6 blocks of Main Street, generally between US Hwy 90 and Industrial Drive, including portions of adjacent streets.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall 198 N Wilson Street in the Council Chambers on November 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Questions related to bidding the project shall be submitted, in writing, to the Issuing Office on or before November 17, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. local time. All questions will be responded to “publicly” via email.
Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office on the city website: www.cityofcrestview.org or by contacting the City Clerk.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
