Description: In accordance with Florida Statute 287.055, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) the Broward County Housing Authority seeks a firm with substantial experience and capabilities to perform professional architectural and engineering consulting services on a continuing services basis. Professional services awarded through this RFQ will be for projects that do not exceed $2,000,000 in basic construction cost and for study activity if the fee for professional services for each individual study does not exceed $200,000. These threshold requirements are pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055. Services will be contracted as individual task orders issued against the main contract and will include specific scopes of work. Other services may include “integrated design” for new construction projects.
