The pre-proposal meeting shall be held at Varnell Elementary School, 4421 Hwy. 2, Dalton, GA 30721. Any proposer arriving more than 5 minutes late shall not be permitted to attend.

Question: Please explain in more detail your intent for the safety surfacing. The RFI references border timbers, EWF and bonded Rubber mulch.
Response: I have added a document showing what we are asking for.

Question: To be clear, you want a path around the use zone area with bonded rubber mulch, do you want EWF in the white area under the playground equipment?
Response: Yes, the EWF with be under the playground equipment and from the edge of the rubber path out to the 12-inch border.
