Description: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to replace roofs and perform fascia improvements at Toll Plazas on SR 408, which includes Semoran Boulevard Off-Ramp; Yucatan Drive Off-Ramp; Conway West Mainline; Old Winter Garden Road Off-Ramp; on SR 417, which includes Boggy Creek Road Off-Ramp; John Young Parkway On and Off-Ramps; Lee Vista Boulevard On and Off-Ramps; Narcoossee Road On-Ramp, on SR 429, which includes Forest Lake Mainline; Plant Street On-Ramp; West Road On and Off Ramps; and exterior water proofing investigation, improvements at the E-Pass Service Center in Orange County, Florida (the “Project”).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid meeting / in-person site visit will be held on October 25, 2022, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in the CFX Headquarters Building located at 4974 ORL Tower Road, Orlando, Florida, 32807. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss requirements of the project in an open forum. Although not mandatory, attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly recommended. An escorted site visit to inspect the existing roofs will be held immediately after the meeting. For security reasons, this will be the only opportunity that Bidders will have to inspect the roofs prior to the bid opening. Prospective bidders interested in participating need to bring a safety vest.
